Agarwood Oil

Agarwood oil, also known as oud, is obtained through steam distillation of resinous heartwood formed when Aquilaria trees become naturally infected and produce aromatic resin as a defense response. This process can take many years, making agarwood one of the rarest and most valuable aromatic materials in the world. The oil is prized for its deep, complex, and long-lasting woody aroma and is widely used in fine perfumery, traditional medicine, and spiritual practices across Asia and the Middle East.
